Shifting the Paradigm of Reality
Quantum Physicists have discovered that our thoughts are projecting transmissions of information out into the universe -- transmitting 'a frequency of energy' with every thought that we think, with every feeling that we feel.
These thoughts are released into the ‘field of collective energy’ which is surrounding us, which is everywhere in the universe ... this energy is in and is part of all things.
Our thoughts interact with this field of energy commonly referred to as ‘cosmic consciousness’ and reflects back to us to create in physical form precisely what we are transmitting (thinking and feeling) - just like a mirror.
This is the very nature of how we will create a profound changes both on personal and global levels.
The consciousness shift, is an evolution in consciousness. We are awakening to the fact that this is indeed how everything is created and we must learn how to orchestrate our part to play, so that we create what we truly desire.

This is truly the most revolutionary piece of information we have ever had privledge to begin to comprehend, and that's just where we are. We are at the very beginning of enlightenment to who we really are, and what we are truly capable of. What ancient mystics have been telling us since first recorded history is indeed true, and now there is no disputing it, as it has been proven in the quantum physicists laboratories.
The Process of Change and Profound Shifts in Consciousness
Evaluation Change is a process. The process begins with evaluating the circumstances of our lives or situation, determining what is okay and what must be changed.
Choice We then make a choice to move in the direction of our desired goal. The most powerful ability we each have is our power to choose, it is ours alone and with it determines the course we will take. We now need to find tools that will create the thoughts and beliefs to support our desire to choose something new.
Thought Mastery The next step is in using the tools we have found that will help us create the thoughts that support our choices... Alas, what science has proven is simply that our thoughts manipulate energy -- what we think, we manifest -- What we're not "getting" in our culture yet -- is that all we need to do is control our thoughts to create what we want. Aha!! there's the rub .... controlling our own thoughts! Nobody said that creating everything we ever wanted was going to be easy! Creating the thoughts that support our desires is the path to establishing new beliefs.
Beliefs New beliefs are created as we use tools to eliminate existing limiting belief systems. Belief that something is possible is critical in our process of creating what we desire. Once we believe something, we no longer doubt it, we have no reason to, we have now reached a critical point in our process. When we
have a belief of something we no longer have thoughts that fight with what we desire!
Knowledge Once we have taken action on a belief, and see the evidence of it ... we are now in the most powerful realm of all. We are now immersed in the Knowledge of it. To know something to be true is where manifestation is effortless.
Love When something is created without Love there is no value in it. So Love is the key component to manifesting what you desire and being happy along the way. For when you create something with Love, you create something of the highest essence in manifestation.
The aim of Shangri-La or Bust is to provide tools and resources for each of the steps in the Process of Change, so that you are empowered to create the life and the world that you want in the energy of Love.

I believe that we each came here to participate in this global transformation even if we don't yet know it.

Overview
If we look at the evidence that the scientists have uncovered, we see before us solid proof that matter responds to our thoughts. The scientific studies are profound and astounding, and can only fill us with a sense of wonder as to who we really are; we are filled with divinity, capabilities beyond our wildest imagination. And yet with the science having been laid out before us, we still don't seem to be "getting it", we haven't yet fully been able to register and process the scope of the meaning.
The totality of the thoughts and beliefs what we hold in our minds and what we hold in our hearts are creating the circumstances of our life, radiating out creating the circumstances of our world.
Our beliefs do have the power to create an energetic shift in the unified field, what I'm referring to as a global consciousness shift, when we collectively hold such a belief and desire it to be so.
