~ :: the meditation :: healing tuneup exercises for 7th Chakra ~ Breathing in and breathing out, relaxing from head to toe. Imagine yourself at a beach, golden warm sand beneath your feet. It is twilight and the sky is filled with colors of magenta, yellow and violet ... it's breathtaking. You come upon a cavern and as you look inside you see the walls of the cavern are crystal Amethyst, sparkling and shimmmering giving off a rich Violet light. You hear a trickling stream within the cavern and you see a warm golden glowing light deeper inside. There is a faint sound of music that is so very soothing to you, and you feel the golden light inviting you in. You get closer and the light seems to have form, the form of a Being. As you get closer you take pause as you feel mystified ... this Being looks like you as you have imagined yourself in total perfection, in perfect health, in perfect fitness and the warm golden light is emanating from the Being. It extends its hand to you and as you touch the Being's hand you begin to feel yourself merge with it, memories of being born and choosing this life begin to flash within your mind, you remember separating from your Highest Self to feel the magnificence of physical form. You and the Being are one .... this is your Highest Self ... a Being of pure love and light. This Being has experienced all things, in many dimensions ... and you feel the unity with all consciousness ~ beyond time and space. You are suspended in a sea of love, it is more than you have ever imagined, but your heart seems to recognize it. You can see energies that were unseen just a moment ago, you see how they attract and dance with each other, you see how they have a longing to take form ... and you see that form takes shape as these energies are attracted to strong vibrations ... you watch as pictures form on the Amethyst walls ... here you can see energies throughout the Universe materializing into physical form, stars being born and new life being created. You are at One with all consciousness and all creation ... You see the bridge that connects to the spiritual plane, and you see Beings of Light coming and going traveling beyond space and time. You have no words for what you are experiencing ... The Being of your Highest Self wraps its arms around you, and tells you this is but the beginning, to hold onto love and to reach from the heart to connect to this transcendent state of Beingness. You have witnessed the Eternal Paradise, the Valley of Love. Stay here as long as you like ... absorb the light and send love to this realm, connecting to its pure and infinite love, like the waves of the ocean surging in constant motion ... so are the waves of love. You now know who and what you truly are and you have awakened DNA that will activate you light within, and as you have communion with this realm. Your light will get lighter and lighter and one day you will merge completely with your Highest Self, and there will be no separation, when you have come to be the embodiment of the Light of Pure Love.
